Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using any LeadsPaw extension (the “Extensions”) or visiting leadspaw.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

LeadsPaw makes Chrome extensions that find email addresses people have made visible on third-party platforms, such as LinkedIn, and let you export them. Searching runs locally in your browser using your own session on that platform. We provide sign-in, quota management and subscription billing as supporting services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LeadsPaw. The service is intended for business and professional use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use LeadsPaw only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Break any applicable law, including anti-spam and data protection laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and others).
  • Try to bypass the pacing and limits built into the Extensions.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute contact lists obtained with LeadsPaw.
  • Reverse-engineer, modify or tamper with the Extensions.

You are solely responsible for how you use the contact information you collect, and for complying with the terms of the platforms you search. Your account on those platforms is yours, and so is the risk of any action they take against it.

5. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through DodoPayments, and each LeadsPaw tool is billed separately. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at contact@leadspaw.com within 7 days and we will review it.

7. Intellectual property

LeadsPaw and its logos and software are owned by us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extensions for your own business purposes. LinkedIn and other platform names are trademarks of their owners. LeadsPaw is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Third-party services

LeadsPaw relies on third-party platforms and providers, including LinkedIn, Supabase and DodoPayments. Your use of them is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct, or for changes they make that affect our tools.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

LeadsPaw is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extensions will find an email for every person, that results will be accurate or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsPaw and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadsPaw harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the extension or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
